You do not need to have your symptoms perfectly organized. We will go through them step by step, asking what we need to know.

Steps of your visit

Step 1
Visit and check-in
Please visit during our hours and check in. Let us know it is your first visit, and show an ID so we can confirm your identity. Sleep studies are by appointment.
Step 2
Medical history and consultation
We ask when your symptoms started, what medications you take and about any allergies, and then begin the consultation.
Step 3
Tests and treatment
If needed, we explain the purpose and process of any tests and the next steps for treatment.

· Please bring an ID and a list of the medications you take.
· If you have test results or prescriptions from another clinic, bringing them helps with your consultation.
· Sleep studies are done after booking, and we will explain how to prepare when you book.
