Privacy Policy

Songdo Sky ENT Clinic (the “Clinic”) explains below how it handles visitors’ personal information in operating its website (the “Site”). Effective date: Sep 15, 2026.

This English version is a translation for reference. If there is any difference, the Korean version prevails.

1. The Site does not collect personal information directly

The Site has no sign-up, booking, or consultation or inquiry forms. No personal information, such as your name, contact details or symptoms, is entered into or stored on the Site.

  • Sleep study bookings go through the Clinic’s place page on Naver Map to Naver Booking (booking.naver.com). Information you enter while booking is handled under Naver’s privacy policy.
  • Phone inquiries connect to the Clinic’s main phone number, and no record is kept on the Site.

2. Access logs recorded automatically

When you open the Site, the server logs of our hosting service (Vercel) automatically record your IP address, the time of access, your browser type and the address of the page requested. These logs are used only to operate the Site safely and to check for errors, and they are deleted when the hosting service’s retention period ends. The Clinic does not use these logs to identify specific individuals.

3. Cookies and browser storage

  • If you select ‘Don’t show again today’ on an information pop-up, that choice is stored only in your browser. It is not sent to the Clinic’s server.
  • Admin login cookies are used only by Clinic staff and are not issued to visitors.
  • We do not currently use any visitor analytics tools (advertising or statistics scripts).

You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings, and doing so does not limit your use of the Site.

4. Links to external services

The Site contains links to Naver Booking, Kakao Map and Naver Map (directions), Instagram and Naver Blog. After you follow a link, the handling of personal information is subject to each service’s policy.

5. Relationship with medical records

Medical records that the Clinic keeps in the course of care are managed separately within the Clinic under the Medical Service Act and the Personal Information Protection Act, and are not connected to this Site.

7. Changes to this policy
